Friendly pricing for small businesses.
I follow a “per page” pricing system rather than charge by the hour. The
problem I have found with the hourly pricing structure is the fact that
there is no way for you to determine how long it really takes to build
your web site. Whereas with the per page pricing system you know exactly
how much the total cost will be before you start the project.
The only
time I will bill you by the hour is for additional work beyond the scope
of the signed agreement. Even then, you will be given an estimate for the
additions before I do the work. I will perform the extra work only after
you have given written approval.
I have
carefully constructed a pricing grid that covers the costs of developing a
web site from start to finish. Although your web design project may differ
depending on your specific needs, you can use the pricing chart below to
get an estimate idea of what it would cost to develop your web project.
Are there
any "hidden" fees?
No. Once you receive a quote, that price will be your only costs
throughout the process unless the scope of the project is changed
significantly.
However, please note that this does not mean that I'll make changes
to the project during development for free. Appropriate fees will
be charged where applicable, but not without warning. If an additional or
change is required during the development process, it will be agreed upon
between both parties before the change is implemented.

If you have an
idea in mind, I can either use my own stock photography, or
utilize royalty free images. I am often involved with the
creation of graphic design images and logos that are used in
Webpage and Site layouts. |

I often get
involved with the photography that is used in Web Page & Site
layouts as well as in desktop publishing projects. If you have
a specific photographic need, such as a photograph of
personnel, store front, special product, etc…I also have the
ability to digitally edit photos either for corrective or
enhancement purposes. |

Are you in need
of presentation materials for upcoming lectures or presentations?
I can create PowerPoint presentations that include bullet points,
graphics, sound, charts and statistical data. |

Web Maintenance |

Need to update the content on your site? Want your latest
photo or product added? You will be billed in real time, so if
it only takes me 15 minutes to make your changes, you are only
charged for 15 minutes of time.

Remove old
or inaccurate information.
Maintenance services apply to minor changes to your existing
design. Maintenance does not apply to redesigning an entire
page or site.

Anything beyond that will require a small non-refundable
